The Chinese Culture Connection is pleased to announce the availability of 10 scholarships for kindergarten through grade 5 students to participate in our 2023 Summer Enrichment Camp. These scholarships will grant a 50% tuition reduction at our Camp!
Our Summer Enrichment Camp offers a unique opportunity for children to build self-confidence, make friends, develop new skills, and foster a love for creative learning. Since its inception, this program has become increasingly popular among students from diverse cultural backgrounds. This year's program runs from June 26 to August 4, 2023, at the Forestdale School (4 Sylvan Street, Malden, MA 02148).

The program’s carefully crafted curriculum is aimed at nurturing children's intellectual, physical, and emotional growth while immersing them in the exploration of Chinese language and culture. Through intensive Mandarin classes, children can acquire or strengthen their language skills in a supportive environment. The program also includes practical math and English language lessons to enhance academic proficiency. To further enrich the experience, a wide array of arts and cultural activities are offered, including Chinese brush painting, martial arts, traditional music instrument lessons, and strategic chess games. An evaluation of financial need will be conducted as part of the selection process to ensure a fair and equitable distribution of funds. Successful applicants will receive notification of their acceptance and scholarship award by June 21, 2023.
