  • Afterschool Teacher

Starting Fall 2022

CCC works in cooperation with local K-8 schools to provide after-school enrichment programs. Our programs aim to complement their schooling through language instruction, cultural experiences, and supervised interaction. We also help children complete their homework while foster development of good work habits and social skills.  We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and responsible individual to work with children in kindergarten through grade 5 during the school year and in our summer program. During the school year, the schedule is Monday through Friday from 2 to 5:30pm. On five Fridays, early release days will require a schedule of 11am to 5:30pm.

  • Communications and Events Coordinator

Starting Fall 2022

CCC seeks a staff member to develop and manage our communications and information-sharing strategies. In addition, This position oversees CCC's three major annual events, the monthly East Meets West Cultural Dialogue, and other organizational events. The coordinator works with colleagues to craft messages and communicate in ways that represent our values and work. As this is a new position, the ideal candidate is someone who enjoys the challenge of developing strategies and systems, both independently and collaboratively with a team. The Communications and Events Coordinator reports to the Executive Director.

  • Public Relation Intern

Schedule: Fall 2022

Chinese Culture Connection is seeking an enthusiastic individual, who is interested in public relations, communications, social media and general operation of a nonprofit organization. This is an unpaid internship position starting from mid June to the end of August, 2 to 3 days per week (6-8 hours per day).

  • After-school Teaching Assistant Intern

Schedule: Ongoing

The Chinese Culture connection currently has opportunities for up to three students in it’s Little Dragon After School Program (LDASP) at the Malden Beebe School.  The position is to assist the Program Director and teachers in delivering an enjoyable learning experience for the students.

The Chinese Culture Connection offers many volunteer opportunities for those who are interested in helping the organization and its programs. Choices may include in the office, at after-school program, and at our events.
