Attorney Alex Milvae (闵伟德): Alex is a lawyer who works at the Asian Outreach Unit at Greater Boston Legal Services. Hespecializes in the rights of tenants and landlords. He also speaks Chinese.

Douglas Ling (林志棪) will be presenting small business finance related issues Doug is a consultant specializing in small business support. He works with Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) Boston. He will share information about some of the financial assistance resources for small business owners. He helps businesses to apply for grants or loans, provides information, and answers some of the finance-related concerns that may have.
