Be an educated voter for the upcoming local elections! We invite you to join us at these public forums: Friday, Oct. 8 for City Councilor candidates, and Oct. 15 for School Committee candidates from 7 - 9 PM on Zoom and learn about the Malden City Councillor and School Committee candidates.

The Chinese Culture Connection collaborates with the Association of American Arab Women (AAAW), Greater Malden Asian American Community Coalition (GMAAAC), Mass. Senior Action, and Malden Reads.

The City Councillor forum will be moderated by Paul Watanabe, Professor of Political Science and the Director of the Institute for Asian American Studies at UMass Boston. The School Committee Candidate Forum will be co-facilitated by Malden Reads, and the East Meets West Youth Leadership team.

Translation will be available during the forums for Mandarin Chinese and Arabic and possibly Vietnamese.
